DoozieSoft was founded in 2013 in Bangalore. We build enterprise systems — HRMS, ERP, compliance, workflow, and AI integration. We have never taken external funding. We have never run paid advertising. We grow entirely through client relationships and the quality of what we build.

We build systems that manage processes, not tools that assist individuals. The goal is operational reliability, not a better UI.

Our best clients have been with us for 5–10+ years. Not because of contracts — because the systems work and we keep them working.

Zero paid advertising. Zero cold outreach. Every client came from a referral or found us through our work. We plan to keep it that way.

Founded
Started in a small Bangalore apartment. The goal was simple: build software that actually solves the problem, not software that looks like it does.
First long-term enterprise client
Became the sole IT systems partner to Jayashree Horologicals — HRMS, ERP, and ongoing support. That relationship continues today.
Industry-specific ERPs
Built Fasteners ERP, TradersERP, and DoozieDCB — each designed around the specific constraints of a single industry rather than genericised for all of them.
Compliance and safety systems
Work Permit Management and OHM deployed at manufacturing sites. SDP (Solar Data Pull) shipped with dedicated edge hardware per installation.
AI Wing established
Started systematically integrating AI capabilities into existing systems — document parsing, anomaly detection, workflow automation. DoozieGPT Labs began.
Ecosystem maturity
Many products. 100% bootstrapped. Neo-Analog design system open-sourced. Phoenix and BallPark AI in development.
The Real Story
13 years. Zero funding. Still here.
Running a bootstrapped software company in India is not a business decision. It's a daily act of will.
We've built through monetisation struggles when clients had budgets but no urgency. Through GST — a tax regime change that rewrote how every small business in India operated overnight. Through COVID, when the manufacturing companies we'd spent years building for went dark and nobody knew for how long. And now through a world where enterprise budgets tighten every quarter and every vendor is fighting for the same room.
We never took external funding. We never had a safety net. Every system we shipped had to work — because there was no runway to fix it if it didn't. That pressure either breaks you or makes you build better. We chose to build better.
The person who made that possible — who held the operational and financial spine of this company through all of it — is our CEO, Sandhya N. Thirteen years of fighting spirit, without which none of this exists.

We never ran behind money. Never charged for something that was just assumed to be part of the job. Never took credit we didn't earn. We have done no marketing — not a single paid ad, not a cold call. We built this company hour by hour, day by day, for thirteen years.
And sometimes, when I think about what DoozieSoft actually is — I jokingly call it my first love. My first child. Because that's what it feels like.
